Inviting abundant natural light into each level, Genton designed 88 Leveson with a slimline footprint, set back from its boundaries to increase northern exposure and enhance natural cross-ventilation.

Conceived for owner-occupiers, each dwelling features open living spaces for entertaining on the first floor and large bedrooms on the upper floors providing a private sanctuary, culminating in sun-drenched rooftop terraces with views across the charming North Melbourne skyline.

Mirroring the materiality and proportion of the former warehouse site, large windows create generous openings for natural light and connection to external spaces, set within an industrial-inspired facade featuring brick, black metal and timber.

Careful consideration has been given to balancing function and design aesthetics, resulting in interiors that are seamlessly functional and refined.
